Embodied voice practice guides us to our truest expression of self through song. It is a balance of structural techniques for a healthy and beautiful voice while also giving space to better understand ourselves and our bodies. From this knowledge and with regular practice we are able to sing and speak from a place of confidence, clarity, and harmony.

BREATH & MINDFULNESS

Explore and control the power of the breath. It fuels our voice and its misuse is the leading cause of vocal damage. As our breath and emotions are deeply linked, here we also practice voice as a means for healing, self-expression, and self-love through free singing, mantras, and meditation.

PERFORMANCE & ARTISTRY

Bringing it all together into moving and memorable performances. Building confidence in your gift and your story while staying authentically you.
